  • If your dog is unsuitable for a class setting, a credit will be prorated and available to be used within 6 months for another service.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations: For puppy class minimum two sets of shots. The second set of shots must be administered a full week before the first class. For all other classes, proof of vaccinations and rabies should be available upon request. To determine the specific vaccine requirements for your dog, consult with your veterinarian. They will assess your dog's health, lifestyle, and local regulations to develop an appropriate vaccination schedule.

Children in class

I always encourage the family to be involved after all the dog does live in the house with everyone. They must be respectful and quiet while in attendance. Loud giggles and excitement can distract the other dogs in class. You must be at least 8 years old to be able to handle the dog in class. It will be at the discretion of the instructor if they feel the dog is too much to handle for the minor.

Dogs in Heat

We allow bitches in season to participate if wearing an appropriate protective garment. There are no exceptions.

Disruptive / Aggressive Dogs

Dogs that are reactive/aggressive to humans and/or other dogs are not a good fit for a class setting. When dogs are over threshold, they are not able to learn. The result will cause stress and frustration for the dog and handler. Some dogs will respond well to being out of eyesight of their trigger, every effort will be made to keep your dog in class. If the instructor determines that your dog is unsuitable for class, they reserve the right to make other arrangements for the handler and dog that is more suitable. Disruptive behaviors include (but are not limited to): Excessive barking, lunging, and attempts to bite other dogs or people. Please see Refund Policy for the remainder of class fees

 Disruptive Handlers/People

If the instructor determines that the handler is abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate for class, they reserve the right to remove the handler and dog from the class.
